When your thoughts are constantly going over what happened throughout the day, falling asleep can be a challenge. Even when you are worn out, it seems impossible to fall asleep when you can't stop thinking about a particular source of stress in your personal lifeor what's on your to-do list for the following day. Because of this, it is really necessary to set out a few minutes at the end of each day to connect with God. Nighttime prayers can provide strength when times are challenging.
